Channel is a solution designed to handle outbound documents. Its mirror image is Collect software, used to sort, convert and automatically handle all documents coming into the company from external partners. Both applications are based on Crossnet, developed by Unifiedpost Group , which enables data exchange with companies and clearing systems in more than 60 countries.

What benefits does Channel give

   

Using Channel software you can organize outgoing correspondence and precisely separate documents according to their type (invoices, orders, delivery confirmations, etc.) and the category of addressee to which they are addressed. The application allows you to automate the mailing process and save time previously spent on manual preparation of documents. It also reduces the use of paper, since all documents sent using Channel are in digital form.

Thanks to the application, companies can also speed up receiving payments from contractors and improve their liquidity. This is possible through the already mentioned function of placing links to electronic payments directly on issued invoices.    

The application ensures compatibility with electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and most ERP programs available on the market, so that documents sent to customers or public institutions are automatically converted to the format expected by the recipient.  

For whom Channel is intended

Channel was developed for large organizations that send several thousand invoices or other documents to their partners each year. Thanks to its quick configuration and easy integration with existing systems, the program will also be appreciated by companies that want to implement new tools without involving IT departments. 

Like all solutions created and developed by Unifiedpost Group, Channel provides full compatibility with software Banqup. It can also be recommended to companies preparing for the introduction in Poland of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) created by the Ministry of Finance, which will become mandatory on July 1, 2024.
